Want to live out your county fair dreams and gain the skills to enter that jam competition, or want to learn how to be more sustainable and use waste vegetables up? Then this is the class for you, our Head Chef Lucy will take you through the basics of preserving, the rules you need to follow to succeed each time and how to trouble shoot when things don't go to plan.
You will leave the 2.5 hour workshop with a selection of Jarred Goods (made by your fair hands) and recipe booklet to get started at home. A selection of cheese, snacks + wine will be provided during the class. Max class size 10 people, held in our Benk + Bo Kitchen at 4-6 Gravel Lane.
