This cake mix is based on the loaf we bake at Benk + Bo Bakery. It contains craft Madagascan chocolate and organic British flour. Super indulgent and packed with a winning combo of fruity 80% Madagascan chocolate chunks and crunchy hazelnut pieces.
Makes 8 Muffins or 1 loaf. Just add yoghurt (either dairy or non-dairy will work!), olive oil + water.
Crank the indulgence up to 11 by adding your own chocolate ganache.
